Victor is a Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Refinery operations and project development in Venezuela and Canada. In Venezuela, he has been involved supporting refinery processes in the technical area and as area manager. His experience in project development has been mainly in Canadian EPCM involving evaluation of novel upgrading and oil production technologies, and in the design (conceptual to detailed engineering) of produced and sea water treatment, gas production, CO2 capture and storage, bitumen and LPG loading and transloading facilities and LNG/power generation facilities. Victor is a certified professional engineer (PEng) and has been certified as ISO 9000 Auditor.
